Υγιής εγκυμοσύνη εβδομάδες

4th-7th week

The fetus's heart begins to beat approximately as early as the fourth week of pregnancy. The tiny
creature inside you makes huge strides in growth in the first two months.
Brain cells and the nervous system develop at an incredible rate. At the end of the second month, your baby is about three centimeters long and the eyes and ears have already started
to develop. The slight bumps show where the arms and legs will grow.

8th-11th week

Your baby's hands, feet, nose, mouth, ears and brain are developing rapidly. The changes in your body are also evident. Produce up to twice
more blood to keep your baby well. Pregnancy changes the metabolism (biochemical and hormonal reactions in the body that keep organs and cells functioning optimally) and the circulatory system of the female body. Make sure you drink at least two liters of water a day. This combined with
gradually increasing uterine pressure on your bladder means you should
urinate more often

12th-15th week

During this time, your baby's brain begins to control movements and reflexes. Your baby is now
able to move voluntarily. Your baby continues to grow at a fast pace, can swallow and suck his thumb.
Your tummy is starting to show and you may experience morning sickness. You feel
more confident about what is going to happen in your life.

16th-19th week

Have you ever noticed a fluttering sensation in your stomach? It could be your baby that moves! Your baby can hear you and the things going on around you. If you find that you sweat more and get out of breath more easily, this is normal. Your body temperature
is slightly elevated due to changes in your hormones.

20th-23rd week

Your baby moves like an acrobat now, so much so that the kick is visible as well
from the outside, not just noticeable to mom. The baby's father can be more involved and communicate with his child. Light, regular fluttering feeling reveals that you
the baby has hiccups!

24th-27th week

Your child's facial features are starting to form. By the end of the seventh month, your little one can
he opens his eyes and distinguishes light from darkness. Your baby is gaining weight and the results are visible. From 26 weeks of pregnancy, you can put from 0.5 to 1
kilos per week. The plugin
weight burdens your back and legs, your organs are pressed and you have
less freedom of movement.

28th-31st week

Your baby's memory is developing during this time and he already recognizes your voice.
Also, the baby's sense of taste develops and is now able to taste the slight sweetness of the amniotic fluid,
resembling the sweetness of mother's milk. Your uterus fills as much
the baby is growing. And your baby needs more rest – just like you.

32nd-40th week

During the last two months your body prepares for childbirth. Your baby moves lower in the pelvis during the last few weeks of pregnancy, head down to receive the
correct position for childbirth. You can tell by the pulling sensation in the back and you can even
see from the lowering of your stomach. Don't forget to pack a bag for maternity four
weeks before the due date so that everything is ready!
